Returns and Exchanges
Need to make a return? Let’s keep it simple. Midcoast Leather gladly accepts returns for refund, exchange, or store credit on unused, qualifying items within 40 days* of shipment date.
How to make a domestic return or exchange online -
- To start, head over to our Returns Center and have your order number or email address handy.
- Click ‘Return Item’ for the product(s) you wish to return.
- Complete the guided steps within the Return Center, selecting if you’d like to return the item or possibly exchange for another size, and obtain a pre-paid return shipping label.
- Follow the instructions on how to send back your item(s).
Once your item is returned to the warehouse, you will be refunded to your original method of payment.
Please note: you have 30 days to send your item back for a full refund. Items that have been worn or used will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Monogrammed products and final sale items are not eligible for returns and/or exchanges.
If you need to change shipping information after your order is placed, please reach out with that information. We do our best to accommodate all requests.
How to make an international return or exchange online -
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Domestic Shipping
We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days directly from our warehouse near Portland, Maine. You have the option to select between carriers at checkout. Orders $199 and over will automatically qualify for free standard shipping.
Please note: We do not ship orders on weekends. If you place an order late Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will not be processed for fulfillment until the next business day.
Regarding USPS late deliveries: Please be aware that you may receive a delivery confirmation email before your package has been delivered. If you package still has not arrive after 72 hrs please contact us at hello@midcoastleather.com
