We source our leather from two places. Our belt leather comes from Wickett and Craig, a tannery based in Pennsylvania that has been in business for over 160 years! Our accessories are made form a mix of Wickett and Craig leathers and Italian chrome tanned leather leftovers from another local business in the area. We believe its important to reduce waste and to give new life to some beautiful leather sourced from some of the most expensive and luxurious Italian tanneries.
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Personalized products are non returnable. Non-personalized products have a 30 day return window and must be in unused condition. You probably threw out the original packaging, which is ok! Just make sure it isn't worn and send it back in whatever you have. Preferably, a recycled box.
We are unable to accept returns on personalized items. Obviously we can't resell anything with your initials on it!
Products should ship within a week of purchase. Most of the items are made to order, so we need a few days to finish them up. Shipping times are dependent on the carrier.
Everything is handmade in Brunswick, Maine.
